Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions are performed on a massage table in comfortable clothing and offer a personalized assisted stretching experience while working with the fascia, muscles and joints, designed to enhance flexibility, increase range of motion and relieve tension. This technique uses gentle oscillating movements of traction and stabilization techniques to decompress joints and expand space in the soft tissues to improve range of motion, flexibility, mobility, and utilizing gentle traction and modified proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, allowing clients to engage their muscles at lower intensity for optimal relaxation and effectiveness.

The purpose of this stretch involves techniques of contract-relax known as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) so client engagement is involved in order to improve range.
